Where should I position the panel? +

Stand facing the panel at 15–30cm distance, unclothed for maximum light penetration. 10 minutes facing forward, 10 minutes with your back to the panel. The DL150 and DL300 are both standing panels with an adjustable base bracket — position them at the appropriate height for your session. For muscle recovery, face the relevant muscle groups toward the panel at the same distance.

How long should I use the panel each session? +
