TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT US
Vitalux (vitalux.health) is operated by Damian Odemba, trading as Vitalux Health, based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. PRODUCTS
We sell red and near-infrared light therapy panels for home use. Our panels are consumer wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Product images on our site are representative. Minor variations in appearance may occur between product images and the physical product received.
3. PRICING
All prices on vitalux.health are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. No additional shipping costs will be applied at checkout.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This is confirmation that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted or dispatched.
5. DELIVERY
We ship worldwide via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air freight. All import duties and taxes are included — there are no additional charges at delivery. UK delivery takes 8–15 working days. International delivery times vary by region.
Delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your panel for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@vitalux.health and we will arrange a return and full refund.

7. WARRANTY
All Vitalux panels come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or misuse. To make a warranty claim, email hello@vitalux.health with your order number and details of the fault.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on vitalux.health — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Vitalux Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalux Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
Our panels are consumer wellness devices. We make no medical claims. Individual results vary. The scientific content on our site is provided for educational purposes only.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
