If you are not satisfied with your Vitalux panel for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process a full refund - no questions asked.
How to Return
- Email hello@vitalux.health with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the panel securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Faulty or Damaged Units
If your panel arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will replace the unit or faulty components at no cost to you. You will not need to ship the product back to us in most cases.

Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
